I bought a home from Brandi when I was relocated to Fort Gordon, Ga. Fast forward a little over a year later, it was time for me to relocated and I once again relied on the Meybohm Real Estate team to help me with the move. Brandi and Cindy were (as always) such a wonderful delight to work with, and before I knew it I was in a contract to sell my home. Although I am no longer in the area, I still contact Brandi if I have any questions, the team cannot get rid of me. And I am so thankful for all of their help. "Not every real estate adventure is a surreal swirl of fancy dreams. Our hunt for a new home is a story of challenges and disappointments, but we definitely did get to our happy ending. Nancy Harwood worked diligently for us through the loss of a few contracts that were unexpected and unforeseeable, each with their own different set of reasons of falling apart. None of those reasons had anything to do with Aiken Homes, who continued to stand by us through several processes. Nancy showed us a plethora of homes and continued to march through obstacles that we encountered. She never cast any judgement on our opinions, however listened to us for over six months until she was able to share with us insights about ourselves that made it easier to make good decisions. "I am very impressed with the service I received from the Vikki Crossland and Brandi Cook. They were very helpful and supportive in showing us homes and answering our many questions. They gave great advice and are very professional and easy to work with. They treat me like family and they made my transition from Texas to South Carolina so much smother. Brandi showed us home virtually using Marco Polo and did a great job with the virtual tours. It was as if we were there. Vikki even gave me a tour of Aiken and went above and beyond in making me feel at home here. They were always quick to respond and made this home buying experience very pleasant. "I am beyond grateful for this wonderful team! This was my first new home purchase and (honestly) had no clue what I was doing. Brandi and Vicki were extremely patient and SO amazingly helpful with all my questions and anxiety (lol). It didn’t matter the question or the time, Brandi always responded to any questions and concerns I had; truly put me at ease during this entire process. Brandi even came with me to pick out floors, fixtures, paint color, etc., just to ensure things would go as smooth as possible. Being a first time buyer, I was so overwhelmed with all the moving pieces and she walked me through the process. You definitely want Brandi and Vikki on your side during the overall process. Nancy also was so helpful when providing me documents, what ever I needed or requested, I had it within 30 minutes; she worked fast!
